In-person and telehealth appointments

Thirty-five years of sitting with people through hard things.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor working with adolescents, couples, and families. My approach is down to earth and inviting. No jargon, just a real conversation about what's going on.

What I offer

Counseling

Individuals, couples, and families, ages 8 and up. LGBTQ clients welcome.

For the last thirty-five years I've worked across mental health, special education, and substance abuse treatment. That range means I've met people at a lot of different points. A teenager whose grades fell off a cliff, a couple who stopped talking, a parent trying to hold a blended family together, someone six days into sobriety.

I'm a general practitioner, but I have a particular affinity for working with adolescents, couples, and families. I also provide registered clinical supervision for counselors working toward licensure, and consultation for organizations building out programs.

If you're not sure whether I'm the right fit, call me. That first conversation is the fastest way to find out.

Forms

The intake form is the one I'll need from everyone. I don't ask every client for the Authorization to Disclose Health Information or the Credit Card Authorization, so wait until I bring them up.

Get in touch

The first step is reaching out.

Most people start with an email, and that's a perfectly good way in. Call if you'd rather talk it through. Leave a message if I don't pick up, and I return calls the same day when I can.
